20 tph eco-friendly WNS series two-pass gas-fired steam boiler project for the nonferrous metal industry

ZOZEN WNS series two-pass gas-fired steam boiler adopts the corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tube which is independently developed by ZOZEN, which can effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency; and with the boiler's economizer and condenser, the boiler thermal efficiency can be up to 98% and above. What's more, this type of boiler also adopts the advanced low-NOx combustion technology to realize the ultra-low NOx emission by lowering the NOx content in the exhaust gas to less than 30mg/Nm³.
